5. If you already provide it, are they finding it?
6. How will you know when you’re successful?
7. How will you inspire visitors to sign up for your product?
8. Why will they come back?
9. Do your various media components support each other?
10. Do you have the right editorial, research, and design staff to achieve your goals?
11. Should you choose freelance or in-house professionals?
12. What skills should they have?
13. Do search engines find you?
14. Do you show up for relevant keywords in the first 10 results?
15. If you show up, are readers compelled to click on the copy that appears?
16. Do your offline and e-mail products drive traffic to your site?
17. Is the user experience from product to product seamless?
18. Are other sites compelled to link to you?
19. Where are your customers coming from?
19. Are your readers engaged with your e-mailed content?
20. Do they send it to friends?
21. Are they loyal to you?
22. Do they receive it in the first place?
23. Are they frustrated or satisfied with the quantity of e-mail?
